SOme people swear by them and others like me don't think its worth the risk...we've had a discussion here about it after I posted the link. I'm going to hold off on the AA site until members here have had some time to discuss it. I agree with you that it's a cult. Strangely, I just watched an episode of Penn & Teller's Bullshit! on 12 step programs, and it further cemented my belief that AA at least has cult tendencies. Since AA isn't directly related to leaving fundamentalist Christianity, I'm going to hold off adding it. It's probably worth some discussion, though. -------------------------------------------------------------- Walkawayers.org --- I judge all religions by how long I have to wait until they tell me about the spaceships.
