Due to full-time work prostituting myself as a secretary, as a friend so aptly summed it up, I don't have a lot of time to post/read on the forum. My secretarial contract ends next month, however, and after that I'll be secretarying only part-time as I establish myself in a freelance writing career. Woo hoo!I'm a 25-year-old Canadian, from Nova Scotia, living in Ontario for the past three years. Was raised Plymouth Brethren/Baptist. The whole situation triggered a major depression back in 1999, and I've been to church very rarely since. It still troubles me deeply but I'm making progress.As mentioned, I'm a writer and have recently become an avid runner. I have two cats, enjoy red wine and long walks on short piers.Looking forward to sharing/interacting with you all!wisteria

I'm prostituting myself in a software engineering contract at the moment. My goal is to develop a good reputation as a contractor so I can work six months out of the year, and then I can be a not-quite-starving artist in the remaining time... It's a nice dream, anyway. Regarding the long walks on short piers. Hope you're going back and forth rather than stepping off the end. But seriously. It's a great image. Welcome! kat

John, I haven't spent a lot of time in Montreal but did get some fantastic "bitch boots" (you know the kind, knee-high black vinyl) there a few years ago.

Yes, I do know the kind.
