Reply to : DrummondDid I mention that I like doing it to Hendrix or Stevie Ray Vaughn?music!!!!!!!!!!!!!i should've added music to my earlier post.some kind of heavy metal for when i wanna relive the glory days of my teenage years and don't expect sex to take too long...just some nice, groping, half-clothed quickie.enigma for when i like it to bemore sensuous and to last and last and last.then, of course, there's always dead can dance for those times when dark, ritualistic sex sounds like a good idea...heheheh.

My ex liked having movies on in the background. It was a little strange -- we once did it to "The Sweetest Thing" (she liked to remind me of a certain scene which I won't explain but was really rather flattering considering). I wasn't so crazy about it though -- the visuals were unnecessary, and stopping in the middle to look up at something interesting happening onscreen was always a somewhat unwelcome possibility.

As for music... I agree with Enigma, and techno can be good mood music as well, though it seems more appropriate for a quickie in a very inappropriate place than a romantic tryst. I've noticed a few songs, though -- "Possession" by Sarah MacLachlan can be very erotic, for example (but only if you don't know what it's about -- it becomes very freaky and difficult to listen to if you do). "Frozen" by Madonna; "What Would Happen" by Meredith Brooks; "Let Me Burn" by Simon Stinger (San Francisco band -- some of their tunes used to pop up in MacAddict and you can find them on mp3.com); "Black Velvet" by Alannah Myles, hands down the hottest blues number I've ever heard ... I guess as a guy I'm a little biased towards female singers in that regard :-)

As for fetishes, I have a definite thing for women with red hair. Given a choice between equally attractive blondes, brunettes, and redheads, you know where I'm going. (That is, if I can actually work up the nerve to go after any of them to begin with, which I usually can't...)

It's getting hot in here...ice cubes anyone?

How about alone on a deserted beach? Thunderstorm optional... "bonus fireworks", you could call it.

It's the wildness of it all... unfortunately rainstorms around New England tend to be pretty chilly even in the summer, so the fantasy works a lot better in Florida than Massachusetts. Presumably, of course, getting drenched while having sex is a lot more erotic as a fantasy than in reality anyway.

It's great in reality too.

I recommend a hot sultry summer afternoon thundershower. The more lightning and booming thunder the better. The hot air and the cool rain and the wet skin and the smell of the wet trees and grass and dirt...

Though your titles are good, I think y'all are missing out.  Everybody knows sweet, sweet lovin' is best when it's accompanied by Barry White, Marvin Gaye, Smokey Robinson, Babyface and Bob Marley.

Now if only I could actually find the opportunity. I'm so hung up I can't get any unless it jumps in my lap :-(

Sorry. Just spent another pointless evening attempting and failing to work up the nerve to actually interact with people, then got into a minor screaming match with my mother. Sex good. Zero self-esteem and parents who don't get that they hurt more than they help... sorry for the buzzkill...
