Actually grabbed this avatar off the internet, but to do it I would just take a series of frames right off the screen as a video clip was either playing or paused, make them into layers in Photoshop, animate it in ReadyImage, then save it as a GIF. here are some links to the artwork that used to be posted here in case you or anyone else is interested: They are my revamping (trashing) of an old family classic, all works in progress...
