Thanks Brendan.  Rehashing that one, it was a play on a Sumerian fertility/war goddess gone berserk.  I am currently rehashing it a bit to augment the wings.

Here is another one I am working on...

an artist's work in progress. It's fun to watch, actually. Ilike the chance to see how you put your work together...how the finishing touches of detail come into focus from the smudgy looking frames - so that's digital painting? I thought that you more or less created all this stuff from hand-drawings and then scanned them in. I know so little about what is available to the puter-savvy artist.

What stages are there for creating this kind of art?

Keep it coming, I love this shit too.

faaarrrkkkk! I didn't scroll down properly, those pices are brilliant. I love that one of the B&W of the girl on the steps. I would be proud to have that on one of my walls. You've been busy, indeed. From a non-artist, from the outside looking in I think your work is excellent - whether it is satirical or serious or both. Are you actually in a job now where you get to explore your creative talents? You most definitely should be.

Those are gorgeous paintings. I'm jealous! You obviously have such talent!

However, I do feel sorry for the bare-chested warrior maiden. How painful it must be to jog into battle, breasts bouncing willy-nilly...

The paintings are amazing, though. Of course, I'm also not an artist, but this looks like the kind of work I would buy. Do you sell them?

Ya. I would like to get set up to be selling poster prints or Giclee prints some time in the near future.  I would definitely be willing to sell prints n such, as they are computer based, they would have to be prints..  I am trying to get myself away from the computer right at this moment to go attend to some traditional media drawings that I want to put up for bids on ebay when I get em finished....

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS WORK, Flint!  My favorites are the lady on her tummy with a yellowish background and the black and white "pencil" of the woman sitting on the stone.   The human body is such a work of art and I am so impressed how beautifully you have captured it on computer.
