In exchange for obedience, Christianity promises salvation in an afterlife; but in order to elicit obedience through this promise, Christianity must convince people that they need salvation, that there is something to be saved from. Christianity has nothing to offer a happy person living in a natural, intelligible universe. If Christianity is to gain a motivational foothold, it must declare war on earthly pleasure and happiness, and this, historically, has been its precise course of action. In the eyes of Christianity, woman(man) is sinful and helpless in the face of God, and is potential fuel for the flames of hell. I've just report these problems to the Aimoo help forum (http://help.aimoo.com) in the section for moderators. I hate the new Aimoo a lot. I can't even post a new topic using Linux anymore; I have to use my Windoze box. Even then the editor stinks!

OK, I just sent an email to St. Thomas telling him what's going on. Meanwhile, back on the farn, should we look at another web forum host? I've been frustrated with Aimoo anyway for the last several months because it's been so slow.

yep..! Aimoo Sucks! I can't use my clip board on these quick replies so if my connection fails, I have to re type the whole lot again! but if it can be fixed up - why not use it till the money runs out? I feel sorry for the people who have already paid a donation. Happy to move!
