This book is amazing. I've stated highlighting parts of it. It goes through the process of "snapping" that change in personality from an intense experience. "...snapping is the product of a systematic assault on their awareness."pg 47.
It goes through interviews of former cult members, from Moonies to some fundamentalist Christian ones.
It gets a little heavy in some parts. I could probably re-read the whole thing and come away with more information. It is packed. Highly recommended!
