Well, I think car bombs and the deaths of ten people are always bad.
Killing people with fundamentalist beliefs will never kill fundamentalism. Rather, persecution often fans the fire. And even if we thought it was a good thing to kill fundamentalists, I'm not sure that car bombs discriminate.
